She emails the content producer the brief for the launch post, assigns the researcher the competitor round-up, and logs your decision to skip the trade show.
The deck is late. She tells you once at the stand-up, offers to build a first version herself, and does when you say yes.
You text her on Telegram from the airport. She reads the board back, moves two tasks, and books the review for Friday at four.
One page: two wins, one miss, the pipeline number, and three things for next week. You change one of the three. She updates the board and sends the assignments.
Company mode moves real work to real people, so the same rule applies: she asks first, then acts.
