The short version: her hearing, voice, memory and your conversation stay on your computer. Thinking goes to Nova Cloud one request at a time, and nothing is kept there.

Nova's hearing (speech to text), her own voices, her memory, your conversation history, meeting notes and the camera all run and stay on your computer. Camera frames never leave it. You can see, edit or delete what she remembers at any time (press B in Nova).
To think, Nova sends what you ask, with the context she needs for it, to Nova Cloud (api.heynovapro.com). Nova Cloud passes it to Claude by Anthropic and returns the answer. Nova Cloud does not keep the content of your requests or answers. It records only how much each account used, so plan allowances work.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. We never see your card number.
Nova has her own email address and her own browser profile, separate from yours. What she does there stays on your computer, in her browser profile.
heynovapro.com sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Cloudflare, which serves the site, keeps ordinary server logs for security. The waitlist form sends only what you type in it.
Email hello@heynovapro.com from your account's address and we will delete your account and usage records. Everything on your computer you can delete yourself: remove the Nova app and the .nova folder in your home folder.
